Farm Insurance

from Wickline Insurance

Farm Insurance

Our farm program has been consistently recognized as one of the best in the country.

We have devoted expertise and resources to providing a broad range of quality farm coverages to protect your home, auto, outbuildings, property, and farm liability. Our policies are underwritten by a knowledgeable staff, many of whom have personal experience in farming.

We offer superior coverage for preferred farms. Because we're selective about the farms we insure, we enjoy a lower loss experience than our competitors. Therefore, we charge less for many coverages that can be tailored precisely to policyholder needs. Combining this with fast, fair claim service and flexible payment options, makes us one of the Midwest's premium farm programs.

We insure the following in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Iowa:

  • Grain Farms
  • Livestock Farms
  • Dairy Growers
  • Horse Farms
  • Rural Homeowners (Homes in protection classes 9-10)

Here are some automatic coverages that differentiate us from many of our competitors:

  • $5,000 farm extra expense (can be increased).
  • $25,000 chemical drift liability coverage.
  • $25,000 suffocation coverage for livestock.
  • Building collapse (broad form).
  • Rock in combine (special form).
  • $2,000 cargo in your care, custody or control.
  • Up to $10,000 for borrowed farm machinery.
  • Up to $100,000 for newly acquired unscheduled farm personal property.
  • Combines as unscheduled farm personal property.

Unique property deductibles

  • Deductible disappears when loss exceeds 10 times deductible amount
  • Per occurrence loss
  • Deductibles can vary by coverage

Our Farm Department is dedicated solely to writing farm business and providing products, coverages, and peace of mind to ag professionals.
